Please note: Scented candles, especially those containing vanillin, may develop a natural yellow tint over time. If you prefer to avoid any coloration, we recommend choosing unscented candles.

Each of our pillar candles is hand-poured and made to order with the utmost care. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipment. During the busy holiday season, shipping times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Pillar Candle Care & Safety Guidelines:

• Trim the Wick: Before lighting, trim the wick to approximately 1 cm to ensure a clean, even burn and prevent excessive flame height or soot.
• Remove Wick Bell: Always remove the wick bell (if present) before lighting the candle to ensure proper flame performance.
• Secure Placement: Place the candle on a heat-resistant, stable surface away from flammable materials, children, pets, and drafts.
• Supervision: Never leave a lit candle unattended. Always extinguish a candle before leaving the room or going to sleep.
• Extinguish Properly: Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame to avoid hot wax splattering. Allow the wax to cool and solidify before handling.
• Burn Time: For optimal performance, burn the candle for at least 1–2 hours during each use, ensuring the wax melts evenly to the edges of the container. This helps prevent tunneling.
• Avoid Touching Wax: Allow the candle wax to fully cool before touching or moving the candle to avoid burns or damage to the surface.

Caution: Always keep candles out of reach of children and pets, and ensure that the candle is placed on a non-flammable surface. Never move a lit candle or leave it burning near open windows, fans, or anywhere that could cause the flame to flicker or spread.
